There are several ways to submit a job:
- Use the Services Portal. You will need your unikey username and password to access this site.
- Ring the Helpdesk on 9351 6000.
- Send an email with the job details to ict.support@sydney.edu.au.
Make sure you record the job/ticket number so that you can make further enquiries about the job progress.
